We listen carefully to guest comments and use them to make Casa Ecos d’Alma more comfortable, practical and private.
“My only complaint is that there was no space in the kitchen to cook... no counter space so I had to get pretty innovative.”
Improvement implemented
In Ecos Norte, we added a practical kitchen island to create more preparation space and make cooking easier for longer stays.
“You'll need to get a scooter or a golf cart. It is a little bit far from the main town. Not that that's a bad thing! Just something to know before you go.”
Expectation clarity
We now highlight the mid-island location more clearly, ideal for guests who enjoy a quieter base and prefer moving around by golf cart, scooter or taxi.
Guests loved the outdoor shower experience and also helped us identify how to make it feel more private.
Improvement implemented
We added privacy covers to the outdoor showers, preserving the tropical experience while increasing comfort and discretion.
Island stays are best enjoyed when the room feels comfortable and practical, especially during warmer tropical evenings.
